| A special meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Haarstick at 6:30 P.M. with the following members present: Scott
Goodman, Kari Dahlgren, Kevin Zitzow and Paul Pinke. Absent: None.
David Drown, David Drown Associates, was present and gave
a presentation to the Council on Tax Increment Financing in regard to
the development of Keilley Shores, 1st Addition, Keith Bunkowski, Owner.
Representatives of Moore Engineering were also present with Aaron
Lauinger, Ulteig Engineers, in regard to the same project. No action was
taken at this time.
The business for which the meeting was called having been
completed, the meeting adjourned.
